RERWA is the imperative form of the Kinyarwanda verb kurera, “to raise.” It is a commanding invitation: “Be raised.” No one is ever too accomplished to be taught, too established to be challenged, or too experienced to be formed.
RERWA Co. stands for RERWA Collective — a deliberate gathering of programs aimed at holistic transformation across individuals, families, organisations, and nations.
It is formed over time — on the right foundations, through the right questions, in the right community. And purpose and performance are not in tension: when people understand why their work matters, they bring more of themselves, and the results follow.
